Q: What is a whistleblowing system?

Whistleblowing System is an application provided by the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, to report any acts indicating violations that occur within the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia or the Courts below it.” The Supreme Court Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia appreciates the information you report because our focus is the material information you report.

Q: What elements of the complaint can I report?

1.     What : Acts that indicate a known violation

2.     Where: Where the act was committed

3.     When: When was the act done?

4.     Who: Who was involved in the act?

5.     How: How the act was carried out (mode, method, etc.)

Q: What about the confidentiality of my personal data as a reporter?

The Supreme Court Supervisory Board will keep your personal identity as a reporter confidential because the Supervisory Board focuses solely on the information you report. The Supervisory Board takes great care in handling complaints, maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and the confidentiality of the reporting materials, including correspondence and complaint handling files, until a decision is made. Confidentiality will be maintained if you pay attention to the following:

1. If you want your identity to remain confidential, do not provide/fill in personal data, such as your name, or your relationship with the perpetrators.

2.     Do not provide/fill in data/information that would allow other people to track who you are.

3.     Avoid letting other people know your username, password and registration number.

Q: What rights do I have as a reporter?

A

:

1.     Get protection of the confidentiality of his identity;

2.     Get the opportunity to provide information freely without coercion from any party;

3.     Get information regarding the stages of the report/complaint that has been registered;

4.     Receive the same and equal treatment as the Reported Party during the examination;

5. Submit evidence to support his complaint; and obtain his own Examination Report (BAP).

STAGES OF THE COMPLAINT PROCESS THAT YOU REPORT

  1. After you submit/input the complaint;
  2. Your complaint will be processed at the Supervisory Agency (BAWAS);
  3. Jika diperlukan BAWAS akan melakukan konfirmasi (Jawaban konfirmasi anda sangat dibutuhkan untuk tindak lanjut) ;
  4. If the complaint meets the 4W1H elements, BAWAS will conduct research and inspection;
  5. The Audit Results Report provides recommendations in the form of:

o    'Disciplinary Punishment'   if the reported party is proven guilty,

o    'Rehabilitation of the Reported's Good Name'  if not proven guilty.

o    'Giving a warning to the Reported Party.

HOW TO REPORT

  1. Click the “Login”button, then fill in your username and password.
  2. If you are not registered, click the "Register" button, fill in your personal data then click “Simpan”.    

o    Create a username and password that you know yourself.

o    Use a name that is unique and does not reflect your identity.

  1. Please pay close attention to the following points:

o    All boxes marked with (*) are required.

o    Ensure that the information provided meets the 4W + 1H elements (What, Where, When, Who, How) as much as possible.

o    If you have evidence in the form of files such as photos or other documents, please include them on the complaint page.

  1. The complaint you submit will be followed up after you complete the complaint process and press the confirmation button on the complaint form.
